Yes. Reveu includes unlimited product reviews during early access. This applies to reviews stored and managed through the current early-access plan.
Can Reveu automatically ask customers for reviews?
Yes. You can send branded review-request emails after fulfilment, choose the request timing, customize the templates, and test the email before activating the workflow.
Can customers submit photo reviews?
Yes. Reveu supports written reviews, ratings, and customer-photo submissions, subject to the merchant's review settings and moderation.
Can I import reviews from Judge.me, Loox, or another app?
Reveu supports CSV review imports with flexible column mapping and product matching by handle, Shopify product ID, or SKU. The exact fields preserved depend on the data included in the export file.
Does Reveu work with modern Shopify themes?
Yes. Reveu uses Shopify theme app extensions and provides blocks for star ratings, review summaries, review lists, review forms, and discount popups.
Will Reveu charge me automatically later?
No. Reveu does not require a credit card during early access and will not begin charging automatically. Material pricing changes will be communicated before they take effect.
