1. About Reveu

Reveu is a Shopify application designed to help merchants collect customer reviews, automate review request emails, display storefront widgets, create promotional pop-ups, and provide customer engagement tools.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to act on behalf of your business to use Reveu.

3. Merchant responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you publish, including customer reviews, emails, widgets, pop-ups, and any information displayed through Reveu. You are also responsible for complying with Shopify's policies and all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

4. Account and Shopify access

To provide our services, Reveu requires access to certain Shopify store data. You authorize Reveu to access only the information necessary to operate the application in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Subscription and billing

If Reveu offers paid plans, billing will be processed through Shopify's billing platform. Fees, billing cycles, and pricing will be clearly presented before purchase.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Reveu to engage in unlawful activities, distribute malicious software, send spam, violate intellectual property rights, impersonate others, or misuse customer information.

7. Intellectual property

All software, trademarks, branding, logos, documentation, and content related to Reveu remain the property of Reveu or its licensors. Installing the application does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

8. Service availability

We continually improve Reveu and may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. While we strive for high availability, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reveu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or application.

10. Termination

You may uninstall Reveu at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if required by law.

Our collection and use of information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
